Estee lauder - Whatsapp chat bot

Working with Rehab Studios, I helped craft one of the first beauty WhatsApp bots. In the age of Covid, the idea was to set up an interactive bot that you could turn to for advice in lieu of a beauty counter. The remit was to create conversational copy from “LIz” that didn’t sound or feel like a bot. It was also set up to arrange a seven day skin-care regime, with updates, interactive features and to help on-board a customer journey. Still in its infancy, the bot will expand further out to eventually be a fully-automated conversational bot.
